There are many options to lose ‘love handles’ or to lose body fat. Exercise is probably the best choice to begin with. As far as losing ‘love handles’; side crunches would be helpful. Lay on the floor as if you were doing a normal crunch. Instead of sitting straight up, lean to one side and pull yourself up. Do 15 of these, and then switch to the other side.
