I understand that they do not take away the inches forever, but just need to keep off the inches for two days. Do you know what body wrap I should go with. There are mud wraps, europeans wraps, etc...what works best? Also,are there advantages to going to a Spa for the services verses buying home kits? What works best?

I have all of the ingredients but BENTONITE AND GREEN CLAY I live in Southern California, USA so i just need to know what stores to buy them from and the prices. PLEASE HELP...this body wrap is to help lose inches in ur body... I really need it! Here is the Recipe: 1 cup Bentonite or Green Clay 1/4 Cup Sea Salt 2 tbsp. Olive Oil 2 cups water Boil water and addsea salt until it is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Adjust the water if necessary to form a wet paste. Rub the mixture over ur entire body and cover urself with thin towels or a clean white sheet. Lay in the tub for a minimum of 45 min to an hour.
