I am very eager to work in this hit. It is a good question in the foods. Moreover it is common question hence I can easily share my thoughts. Being a guy and a graduate I am having enough knowledge to share my ideas in this topic. Every human usually take food to survive. The food may be any. It may be fruits, vegetables or even flesh. It is up to every individual. The foods which we consuming will surely go through our body in a fraction of seconds but it will take some time to get digest. These are based on the individual’s health and health condition. Some people are keen to lose weight to maintain their body in a control manner. For losing the weight some used to drink water or green tea because it sounds a lot in the weight loss. Hence many people prefer for it. Yes, it is true that we can lose weight by taken water and green tea. Thank you.
