Whenever I do crunches and all this ab workout, should I be worried when I get no burning feeling?
Whenever you do crunches and all ab workouts you should not be worried if you do not get a burning feeling. But doing crunches and ab workout will not give this feel at the start of this workout. Later there will be a burning feeling when the abs are getting constructed. So always do the exercise with the consent of a gym instructor because you won’t know if muscles are formed in wrong areas leading to bad posture and you will have to feel or regret this later. Never get worried when you do this kind of workout. Remember if you do the exercise in a right manner and with the right instruction follow up then you can achieve a good physique. Rather than worrying will lead to improper workout be fixed in your thoughts because a wavering mind cannot achieve more. Both the body and the soul must work together to get the best results. In my opinion you must take a little care and do the exercises and workouts with proper consent of the instructor or else you may end up with a probable burn feel.
