What is the best ab workout video or routine?
This is a great topic for me to write on. There are basically three parts for an abdomen and also three type of workouts based on the same. The types of abdomen are upper abs, lower abs and on the sides of the abdomen. The best abdominal work out routine is that which is said to be followed in the gyms. It will be easy to reduce the fat on the sides of the abdomen and not that easy for the reduction of the uppers abs and the lower abs. It is necessary that there must be a continuous concentration on the work out for your abs day after day. It will be a good one, if the abdomen work out is done after the work outs on aerobics. This is because the results for the same would be greater if this is followed. In other words, any work out that is done after its corresponding aerobics will result in a higher improvement on the work out.
