What is a great thigh or ab workout?

If you have excess fat around your thigh region, there are many different exercises that you can follow. I would suggest that if you are not a member of the gym, to sign up as fast as possible so that you can have a place where you are able to have access to machines that can help your thigh region. One of the best things that you can do for this area is running on the treadmill or elliptical. When you are doing these exercises, your thighs will be under constant strain and pressure, which will help to burn off the fat that you have stored in this region. Make sure that before you engage in your workout, you stretch for at least ten minutes and have a meal that is very high in carbs and protein to allow you to burn your fat.
