If you want to build your muscle faster means you have to take the protein foods. And you have to avoid the oil food that you take all the time. If you are avoiding the oil foods means you will be able to get some good muscle and less fat. I think you have to take a lot of soy bean and you have to take the boiled eggs and chicken which will be the best food for a person who wants to build some good muscle. If you are buying the supplement from the gym means you will be able to improve your muscles faster and if you are having some more pain after your workout means you will have a good gain in your muscles.
