What is a good ab workout to get a good stomach?
Your core is one of the most integral components to your body as most of the muscles that you have will work off of this area. I would suggest that if you are trying to maximize the way that you look, to increase the intensity of your ab workouts. One of the best things that you can do is to so pushups and sit-ups with weights. This means that you will do your regular crunch but will attach a 5 or 10 pound weight to your stomach or your arms to help define the tone in this area. Make sure that you drink a lot of water as you will want to stay as hydrated as possible, especially if you are going to engage in a workout that is this tough. This will give you the best chance to get to where you want to be in the shortest amount of time. Good luck!
