What are some of the Vitamins you take to keep you healthy?
Staying healthy is very important to me, so I think taking vitamins everyday is extremely important. If you only want to take one vitamin a day, a daily multivitamin is the best bet for you. Personally, I take multiple different vitamins each day. I exercise often, so i take magnesium to prevent muscle weakness. Magnesium is often combined in a pill with calcium, which is great for keeping my bones strong. I also take vitamin D, as having a deficiency of it can be a cause of breast cancer or heart disease. In addition, I take a fish oil capsule to keep my blood pressure low. Furthermore, I take vitamin C everyday. Many people only start taking Vitamin C when they get sick, but taking it all the time can help prevent you from getting sick in the first place! If all the vitamin options confuse you, you should ask a doctor or nutritionist for help. They could create the perfect daily vitamin plan to suit your needs.
