When you feel that it’s time for you to do something to gain physical fitness, the best thing to do is exercise. But then, there are several forms of exercise and some of them are really time-consuming. So if you’re someone who cannot afford to spend so much time out in a gym to reduce weight, you really need to look for an ideal alternative, particularly if you’re looking to lose weight around your hip and stomach. The ideal option is to run for about half an hour daily, and six days a week leaving one day to enable your body to recover. What running does to your body is to greatly burn the excess fats deposited around hips and stomach in a quick period of time. However, if you feel that the reaction time is not really convincing, you can still increase your running time to about an hour, but the increase needs to be gradual as any irregular running may severely affect your heart beat. You can also support your running habit with a 15 minute swimming daily, and also a controlled diet as they will ensure that you achieve the targeted results much earlier.
