Is it normal for your stomach to hurt after ab workout?
After you have an ab workout, you will notice that your stomach will start to burn. This is natural, as you will have just contracted your ab muscles often, which will lead to soreness. One of the best things that you can do is to buy aspirin and take them when you get home. Try to have a meal that is very high in protein so that your body can use this to improve your muscle tone which will expedite the formation of muscles. Also, you will want to get as much sleep as possible, as this will give your body the ability to recover from the workout that you just put it under. The next day, if you are still very sore, you should not workout since this could lead to straining muscles that are very important in your body.
