If my abs ache from yesterday’s ab workout, should I work them out today?

When you do an ab workout, one of the things that you are going to realize is that it is going to hurt you afterward. One of the ways to combat this is to make sure that you do not strain your body when you are working out. If you wake up in the morning and see that you are in pain, you should not go to the gym to do another workout. This could hurt your body to the point where you are straining a muscle, which can have devastating effects on your body. Instead, you should take the day off and rest as much as you can so that you can get better and feel good. Also, try to drink as much water as you can and get protein in your meals to convert the fat in your body to protein. I wish you the best of luck!
