How to lose “love handles” or overall body fat in the fastest and most effective way?
There are many options to lose ‘love handles’ or to lose body fat. Exercise is probably the best choice to begin with. As far as losing ‘love handles’; side crunches would be helpful. Lay on the floor as if you were doing a normal crunch. Instead of sitting straight up, lean to one side and pull yourself up. Do 15 of these, and then switch to the other side. Repeat for 4 or 5 sets. Each day try to push yourself further. Add more and more sets to your work out plan. Running is also another exercise that is helpful in getting rid of body fat. Diet is an important factor to look into as well. Eat a lot of green vegetables and cut back on fatty foods. Drink a lot of water, which will make you fuller, and prevent you from overeating. Try to avoid eating sweets. You will have to try out many options and see what works best for you. See what is easiest for you to stick with and what gives you the most results. A work out plan/ diet that works for one person may not help you lose the extra body fat. Just remember to take it a day at a time, and to stay motivated.
