How does jogging/ running help work the abs?

If you want to make your core stronger, there are many things that you can do and several different foods that you can eat for maximum results. I would suggest that you pick out at least three days during the course of the week to jog and run, as this will give you extra resistance for your abs. If you are feeling tired, make sure that you stop immediately and give your body a break, as you will not want to risk the chance of your body straining or pulling a muscle. Also, try to drink as much fluids as you can during your run, which will help to hydrate you and put you in the best position to feel comfortable.
