How do you maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Starting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be daunting, but with a few tips and tricks you’ll be able to keep up with it. First, live within your means! Don’t go out and buy buckets of organic vegetables and eat nothing else. Keep your diet varied and affordable. Skipping meat a few nights a week is a great idea both for your body and your wallet, so replace it with other protein options like tofu, eggs, or dairy. Beans and lentils are an awesome way to get fiber and protein into your body, and they taste great. Make a big batch of chili and then eat it throughout the week! Vegetables are great, so make sure you’re getting them at two or more meals a day. Fruit is a quick and simple snack, and it can be really affordable. High fiber crackers are also a great way to get a bite in while on the road, so take them with you when you go out. See? How hard is that?
