How do I get my body fat percentage down without losing too much weight?
A great way to get your body fat percentage down without losing a lot of weight is to exercise but not diet too hard. Make sure you are getting more than enough protein to keep your muscle mass and perhaps even add some through exercise. Do light training of any kind that builds strength. It doesn’t have to be weight lifting, even mildly active yoga and walking can build some muscle and tone up your body. Make sure that your exercise makes you sweat and you stay properly hydrated, that will burn fat from your body quickly and slim you down a little, but if you keep the protein up, you might actually find yourself with a thinner belt size but actually go up a few pounds from initial muscle build. By combining this tips, you can quickly lose a few inches of water weight from your system and reduce your body fat percentage. Adding some muscle mass also helps the body fat ratio too.
