How can I get rid of body fat and retain muscle mass?
Flat stomach is always a pleasing site for all of us. But this cannot be achieved at ease. It involves enormous work outs and loads of sacrifices on food items. “Eat less and burn more”-this is the slogan one has to remember for losing weight. It can bring in your muscle mass. One has to be consistent in doing cardio workouts in gym 3-4 times a week. This alone will never bring in all success. It has to be well supported by the food items that he/she takes. Staying away from food items that are rich in cholesterol is a wise choice. It is good to skip dinners and avoid food items like pizza, cakes, pasta and those that are made of wheat. Drinking water will also play a key factor as it supports digestion. One has to eat for half of his stomach and can prefer light foods like breads,juices, vegetables etc. On the whole, losing weight is a tough process which can be achieved only by consistent efforts and sacrifices.
