What is the best way to lose fat while still doing muscle building?
If you are building your muscle to tone your body, one of the things that you will also do, by default, is to lose weight and cut the fat on your body. I would suggest that if you are muscle building, to try to consume the most amount of protein that you possibly can, as this will reduce the fat on your body and convert it to muscle. Also, try to eliminate all foods with a lot of fat in your diet, as you should not be eating junk food, fries, chocolate or any type of candy at any point of the day. Finally, try to stick to a drinking regiment that will only include water, orange juice and sometimes milk, which will give you the nutrients that you need and keep your weight at the goal that you want during the course of the year.
