For soccer, heavy workouts are very much needed in order to provide good stamina in the body. Generally soccer player’s trains very hard and they are to be available without picking up of injuries if they choose soccer as their career. For every soccer player, their legs must be their strength. Legs must be strong to run fast, tackle the ball as well as must be strong enough to retain strength for longer period of time. Jogging makes the legs stronger by burning fat and building muscles. Other than jogging, cycling tightens the muscles in the leg. For the back muscle to be developed, there are various exercises such as sit ups with weights added on the shoulders which will naturally build muscles and will burn fat etc For the players, trainers are hired for carrying out these exercises. In United States of America, people especially the younger generation are aware of the obese situation and are keeping themselves trim and healthy through jogging, cycling and walking.
