The only exercise I have difficulty with is running outside, what can I do to ease into it?

If you want to improve the way that you look, one of the best things that you can do is to run. Running is a great form of cardio, as it works all of the muscle sin your body and can reduce the stress that you feel during the course of the day. I would strongly suggest that if you are going to run outside, to purchase shoes with gel inserts that will reduce the tension and pain that you have from running on a concrete surface. Also, make sure that you bring a lot of fluids, especially in the summer so that you can improve your hydration and increase the amount of energy that you have while running. If you are running in the fall, make sure that you bring ample clothing to keep as warm as possible and prevent from getting a cold. I wish you the best of luck and hope that this works for you!
