Is running stairs up and down good for losing belly fat?

Running up and down the stairs to lose belly fat is good. Because this will burn the excess fat in your body and tone you up. But certain precautions have to be taken. Do not try to overdo things. Reducing the belly fat is good but, if you break your leg running up and down, that’s too bad.
Instead of running up and down the staircase, try joining a gym and start work outs. That’s more easier and good way to reduce fat. Moreover if you wish to reduce belly fat, its better to do work outs aimed at your abdominal muscles. This will provide good results.
Consult a physical trainer on various exercises that can be done to reduce your fat. They may also suggest certain diet that will produce quick results. The idea of following a diet is to minimize the intake of calorie to burn extra fat inside the body.
Hence its better to join a gym and do exercises than running on the staircase.
