How to exercise my thighs daily without a gym membership?

Thighs are the strongest part of a human body. They require good exercise to keep fit and in shape.
Exercises for the thighs can be given right in your homes without joining a gym. Sit ups is a very good exercise that will tone your thighs up. Try doing sit ups with your arms straight. I mean your arms must be stretched at the front. Do sit ups. Your butt should touch the ankle. Again get up to stand in the normal position.
Do this exercise at least twenty reps. You can follow a cycle. Like each set containing twenty reps. This exercise is more than enough o bring your thighs in shape. Do at least three sets.
If you have a bicycle at home, go cycling for 5km a day. This will tone your thighs up. Not only that, cycling is a very good exercise for the rest of the body too.
