How long does it take to lose stomach fat?

Any type of fat on your body can be frustrating, especially if you are trying to look your best to impress a boy or a girl that you have a crush on. I would strongly suggest that you set a reasonable goal if you want to set up a plan to lose the most amount of fat possible. This means that you will have to not only maximize the weight that you lose from the diet that you eat, but go to the gym as often as possible and do exercises that will burn belly fat. First, try to limit the amount of junk food that you put into your body or purchase a pill that will curb your cravings. Then, sign up for a gym and try to go at least three times a week and run on the treadmill for at least an hour. Also, you should do sit-ups at home whenever you have the time to sculpt your stomach as best as possible. The total amount of time will vary for losing stomach fat but it should be no more than a few weeks until you start to see results. Good luck!
