How do you tell the difference between thigh fat and thigh muscle?
Fat is not much needed for a human body and in the same time the human body will need a lot of muscle. For example: We can take two person one is the one who use to workout very hard in the gym and the other one use to eat a lot like pizza and burger, the person who workout in the gym will be very strong and have a good shape and his body will be very tight. And in the other hand that person will be fat and his thigh fat will be jiggling and will not stay in one place and it will not be looking good also. You have to retain the muscle body and the fat one have to workout to get a muscle thigh.
