There are a lot of things that you can do if you are looking to lose weight on your stomach and thighs, but it is important to remember that you will not see great gains unless you really put your mind and body to it. You have to be very serious about losing the weight if you want to see significant improvements. What I would recommend doing is getting a gym membership where you can start doing ab exercises and leg exercises. You can do exercises such as squats and leg pressed to help lose thigh fat and you can do crunches and other exercises to lose fat off your stomach. There are a ton of different exercises that you can do that will help you lose the weight you want if you get serious about it. Do a little bit of research about additional exercises you can try at home.
