How can I lose my stomach fat in a couple weeks?

Stomach fat is very disturbing and something that you can make you feel self conscience, especially if you are a teenager and have to present yourself in front of a lot of people on a daily basis. To get to the point where you want to be, I would suggest that you sign up for the gym as soon as possible. A high intense routine that you will do three to four times a week over the course of 4 months will get you to the point where you want to be. Make sure that you do a lot of cardio on the treadmill and elliptical trainer and also combine this with weight lifting routines such as bicep curls and squat thrusts. You should also supplement this routine with limiting the amount of alcohol that you consume and reducing the fat content that you eat on a daily basis. I wish you the best of luck!
