Stomach fat can be really disturbing if you are the type of person who has a very slow metabolism. If you have tried all of the weight loss fads on the market, you should try to install an exercise regimen that will rely on your motivation to be successful. I would strongly suggest that you go to the gym at least three times a week and run a minimum of one hour on the treadmill. You can break this into several different sessions or do it all in one hour, but make sure that you hit this goal if you want to succeed. To focus in on your stomach fat, when you get home, try to do as many sit-ups as you can, with weights if you have to, if you want to increase the tone of your abs.
