How can I lose body fat and bring out more muscle?

Muscle is something that you will need to work to get, as people have different metabolisms, which represents the process of converting fat to muscle in your body and shedding off pounds. I would strongly suggest that if you do not have good genes, to make sure that you develop a rigorous workout plan, as you will need to work out harder than the average person to see results. Try to run at least a mile every time you go to the gym, until you work up a sweat and feel the burn in your stomach and your legs. This feeling comes about when you are burning the fat in your body, which will eventually turn into muscle after your body recovers from your workout. Before running or lifting, try to have an energy bar that is filled with protein, or a meal that is very hearty to provide you with the necessary energy to maintain your tone. Good luck!
