Do you think people that don’t eat meat or dairy are skinnier than people who do eat meat and dairy?

I believe that the amount of weight that a person has on him or her is determined more so by their metabolism and gene structure than the foods that they put into their mouth. I would strongly suggest that if you are someone who always eats fats and junk food, to reduce the amount that you put into your body, as this will only serve to increase your weight and put you in a bad position health wise. If you do not like red meat, you can reduce the amount that you have or become a vegetarian, in which case you will not eat any meat. Make sure that if this is what you decided to do, to get the nutrients that you are lacking in other forms or in a supplement. Most people who abide by this diet are skinnier, because they are putting better and more organic foods into their body. I wish you the best of luck and hope this works for you!
